Delivery

The Customer can choose DPD or Omniva parcel lockers as the delivery method.

The parcel locker delivery fee is €3.90.

Orders are delivered to the selected parcel locker within up to 7 business days from the moment the sales contract enters into force.

Once the order has arrived at the parcel locker, the Customer will be notified via SMS or email with the location details and a unique code for collecting the parcel.

The Customer is responsible for providing correct contact details to avoid delays in receiving the order.
