Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made in the online store at www.nordrc.ee (hereinafter the “online store”).
1.2 The owner of the online store is OÜ Flaka (registry code 12508614, address Ojakalda, Muru village, 44218 Rakvere parish, Lääne-Viru county, Estonia) (hereinafter the “Seller”).
1.3 These Terms govern the legal relationship between the customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) and the Seller when purchasing products from the online store.
1.4 In addition to these Terms, the legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.5 The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and product prices unilaterally. Changes will be published on www.nordrc.ee. Orders placed before the changes take effect are subject to the Terms valid at the time of purchase.
2. Customer Support
2.1 Customer support is available via email: info@nordrc.ee
2.2 Inquiries will be answered within a reasonable time on business days.
3. Prices
3.1 All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
3.2 The Seller reserves the right to change prices.
3.3 Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
4. Products
4.1 Product availability may change.
4.2 If a product is out of stock after an order is placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.
4.3 In such cases, any paid amount will be refunded no later than within 14 calendar days.
5. Placing an Order
5.1 Orders can be placed as a registered user or as a guest.
5.2 The Customer selects products and adds them to the shopping cart.
5.3 To complete the order, the Customer must provide required information and choose a delivery method.
5.4 The order is considered confirmed after payment is completed.
5.5 An order confirmation will be sent to the Customer by email.
6. Payment Methods
6.1 Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB (registry code 305205122, Lithuania).
6.2 Payment takes place outside the online store in a secure payment environment.
6.3 The Seller does not have access to the Customer’s bank or card details.
6.4 All payments are made in euros (€).
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery is carried out via:
- Omniva parcel machines
- DPD parcel machines
7.2 Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days.
7.3 The Customer will be notified of parcel arrival via SMS or email.
7.4 The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer or by third-party logistics providers.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
8.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days.
8.2 Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
8.3 Direct return costs are borne by the Customer unless the product is defective.
8.4 Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after the returned goods are received.
9. Complaints
9.1 The Seller is liable for non-conformity of goods for 2 years from delivery.
9.2 Complaints must be submitted via email: info@nordrc.ee
9.3 The complaint should include a description of the issue and proof of purchase.
10. Liability
10.1 The Seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of products.
10.2 The Seller is not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure or third parties.
11. Personal Data
11.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Disputes will be resolved through negotiations where possible.
12.2 If no agreement is reached, the Customer has the right to обратиться:
- Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority
- Consumer Disputes Committee
- Court of law
12.3 Customers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
