Returns and Exchanges

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days without providing a reason and return or exchange the ordered product(s).

The 14-day right of return applies only to goods purchased from the online store and does not apply to purchases made in physical stores.

To return or exchange products, the Customer must submit a withdrawal request within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods. The request can be sent in a free form via email to info@nordrc.ee.

The Customer has the right to inspect the product in a manner similar to what is allowed in a physical store. The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product if it has been used in a way other than necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If the Customer withdraws from the transaction, the Seller will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 calendar days from receiving the withdrawal request. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
